About Your Photographer

I cannot specifically remember when I first fell in love with documenting special moments, it either began as a child when I was old enough to recognize my Uncle, who is a hobbyist photographer, or when I went off to a photography camp at a local community college in 7th grade; either way, unfortunately for my mom, I took over her bathroom to begin my 'darkrooming' journey, this is where you work through the process of developing your own film using various chemicals - sorry, Mom!

My love for photography never wavered, but my path led me to earn my Bachelor of Science in Global Conflict Studies (through this I learned the Arabic language!). I eventually ended up having my first baby in my new town of sunny Key West, FL. Moving can be hard, especially in the middle of a pregnancy, so I decided to revisit a former love - PHOTOGRAPHY! This has encouraged me to explore my new home (and find the best locations for your photoshoot!), connect with my little family, and connect with others!

Nothing makes me happier than seeing those around me smiling and enjoying themselves, and nothing is more honoring than being trusted to capture those special moments; to commemorate love between others, and love within oneself, is a great gift.
